If you have received a defective product from us, we exchange it for one free from defects.

Inside, please insert a card with information about the order and description of the problem.
Before sending back the goods, please contact us by e-mail. Complaint cases can sometimes be explained by e-mail without the need to return the goods to us.
We refund money for the defective product to a bank account or settle for the next order.
We do not accept returns and exchanges of goods purchased for commercial purposes.
